We put a lot of thought into every item we send out — which makes it all the more disappointing when something arrives less than perfect. If that happens, we’ll make it right. No dramatic monologue required.
We offer refunds for:
• Items sent incorrectly
• Damaged or defective products
You have 30 days from your purchase date to submit a refund request. We’d say don’t wait, but we understand — life gets busy, chapters get long.
Email us at support@hcrclub.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We’ll take it from there.
